What vehicles are used?
Similar to traditional rideshares, we use our personal vehicles.
How safe is the ride?
We take pet safety very seriously. We transport all animals in heavy duty carriers that have been secured down to prevent shifting during the ride. The bottoms of the carriers are enclosed to avoid any paw injuries. Each vehicle has a front and rear camera. Prydeshare is also insured to protect against any liability.
What is an in-home service?
To provide the ultimate convenience, Prydeshare can pick up your pet within your home, given the appropriate access and permission. Drivers wear body cameras with this optional service.

What is the difference between a personal or provided carrier?
We know that some pets prefer the familiarity of their own carriers. To accommodate that preference, guests may choose to have their pet transported in a personal carrier, or one of Pryshare’s carriers. Either choice will be strapped down and secured in vehicle.
How does this actually work?
Think of this as your typical rideshare service, but for pets. Prydeshare arrives per your requested time and the guest either meets us at the vehicle with the pet or selects the in-home option where we will retrieve the pet from inside the home. We secure the pet in the vehicle and drive to the destination where the driver will escort the pet to it’s next point of contact.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday. Earliest pickup is 7am, and latest is 6:45pm.

What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
Rides not cancelled within a 24 window will be charged the entire service fee. This includes no shows during pick up / drop off.
